Pilzexkursion im Naturpark Südeifel
Nov 8, 2025
The forests of the Eifel are rich in delicious mushrooms. Collectors must be able to distinguish edible from poisonous mushrooms. As part of the Nature Park Academy, participants will learn to explore and identify the native mushroom world under the expert guidance of mushroom expert Olaf Gruppe. Participants will learn what mushroom collectors should know before going out to search for them. In addition to identifying the species found, the necessary knowledge about their habitat requirements and significance in the forest ecosystem, as well as practical advice on behavior in the woods and mushroom processing, will also be conveyed.
