Description

Circular route over the heights of Lauperath and Scheidchen and through the Mühlbachtal.


This hike around Lauperath leads on the one hand over an open plateau in the middle of farmed fields and natural meadows and on the other hand through the forest along the Mühlbach, which flows into the Prüm in Waxweiler. The path is varied and offers distant views as well as closeness to nature.

Highlights along the way:

  •   Waxweiler with Eifelddom
  •   Museum Devonium - a world four hundred million years ago
