Olmscheid 1 - Busbach-Irsental

Easy hiking trail in the idyllic Irsental valley and the Islekhöhen hills with wonderful views

The route leads from the Islek village of Olmscheid, past the hamlet of Steinrausch to the north-east of the village center, through pure nature along the Busbach stream into the idyllic Irsental valley. Past meadows and through wooded areas, the hiker leaves the Irsental valley and climbs in a north-westerly direction, past vantage points with great views, back towards Olmscheid, where the circular trail ends at the hiking portal opposite the church.
