Naturpark Südeifel hiking trail no. 20 - Plutscheid

The circular route starting in Plütscheid leads through a longer section of forest and through the valley of the Ehlenzbach.

The circular hike is based on a wooded ridge that the Ehlenzbach and Kleiner Ehlenzbach have formed over the course of thousands of years. Although the path is easy to walk, it is important to remember that the first half of it is slightly downhill and the second half is slightly uphill. The ascent is rewarded with a beautiful all-round view from the 530-meter-high crest just before the finish.
